Realistic Pricing
We believe in being upfront and realistic about costs and taking a ‘no surprises’ approach. We will never put forward a low price just to win a project – this inevitably leads to budget blow outs further down the track. We will identify and make adequate provision for items that require further detailed design along with PC Sums for selection items that reflect a level of spec to suit the home. Plus, you get the advantage of our buying power and negotiated trade rates for materials and subcontractor costs.

Contract Options
Thorne Group is a full-service building company managing every aspect of your project. We can offer Fixed Price Contracts (in most circumstances) for clients who are needing price certainty or are concerned about price escalation. As Registered Master Builders our preferred contract type is the RMB Residential Building Contract or, for large scale projects, NZS:3915.
